While the hydrocolloids in the Lomatuell pro maintain the moist wound environment by gelling on contact with wound exudate, the petroleum jelly ensures a moisturizing effect on dry wound areas and wound edges.
Due to the minimal risk of sticking, the dressing change is atraumatic and painless.
Lomatuell pro supports the wound healing process and is flexible and cuddly in use.
Thanks to the open network structure, Lomatuell pro also offers good exudate drainage into the secondary dressing.
