Makesa Tulle 10 x 10 cm - 120 pcs. is a silicone-coated wound dressing for the care of acute and chronic wounds.

Due to the silicone coating on one side, the elastic tulle does not stick to the wound and can be removed painlessly during dressing changes.

The wide-meshed structure of the backing material allows easy migration of wound fluid even in heavily weeping wounds.

Makesa Tulle can be cut to size with sterile scissors as required.

Makesa Tulle can remain on the wound for up to 7 days, the average duration of application is usually 2-5 days* (*Duration of application is always dependent on the condition of the wound, to be determined by the attending physician)

Application

Before using the wound pad, the wound should be cleaned with sterile, physiological saline solution.
Agents used to disinfect the wound or the wound edges should also be rinsed off with physiological saline solution.
The size of the wound pad can be adjusted to the wound with sterile scissors.
The wound pad should be fixed with a bandage for acute and chronic wounds.
The tulle should be laid out in such a way that the wound edges are covered by about 2 cm.
Makesa tulle can be left on for up to 7 days, depending on the condition of the wound.
The compress or the absorbent bandage should be changed when saturated.
If there is a sudden change in the condition of the wound, a doctor should be consulted.
