This product can be ordered in our store as a consultation requirement*, please proceed as follows:

For office hours supplies orders you need an activation. To do this, please contact us by phone at + 49 2622 884 74 74 or by e-mail at info@medfachhandel.de. Exclusively *Products that can be ordered as consultation supplies* can be ordered by prescription. To do this, please select the Payment method "Payment by prescription" in the Checkout area. Please note: For technical reasons, per order always only one payment method can be selected, so in an order articles on prescription and articles for purchase can not be combined, for this they please make a separate order.

Order process:
1. After your activation, select the, or the products you want to order for your consultation supplies and put them in the shopping cart. Products you can order for your office supplies, you recognize by the designation

2. Once you have finished your selection, please proceed to checkout.

3. In the checkout area, please select the payment method "Payment by prescription" .
Attention! As already described in the introduction, for technical reasons, per order always only one payment type can be selected.
If you would like to order additional items, e.g. disposable gloves, which are not marked as orderable as consultation supplies* , you must therefore carry out a separate order. If you put items from both areas in the shopping cart, the payment method "Payment by prescription" will not be displayed, so please remove these items from your shopping cart again to continue your consultation supplies order.

4. Then click the button "order payment"

5. Your order is now placed and you will receive an order confirmation at your specified email address.
6. Based on the information provided, please prepare your office supply prescription(s) on the same day you place your order and send it promptly to:
